ABOUT ME

In January 2021, I was off work due to stress leave. Because of the pandemic, I was stuck at home and there wasn't much to occupy myself. I don't even know how it happened, but I came across a lot of crocheted anthropomorphic food items that I immediately fell in love with. I needed to learn how to make them myself. 

Having 0 experience or ability with anything artistic, it was quite a learning curve. I committed myself to a lot of reading and Youtube watching and quickly learned the basics. It wasn't long before I completed my first project, my eyeless Apple.

Now, even though I have long returned to work, I make sure to set aside time everyday to crochet. With my cat on my lap wrapped in yarn and some retro TV shows playing, I am content.
